রাঙ্গুনিয়ার পোমরা ইউনিয়নের গোচরা গ্রামের ফেরদৌস আকতার ২০২০ সালে করোনার লকডাউনে মাটির ব্যাংকের ৮ হাজার টাকা দিয়ে মসলার ব্যবসা শুরু করেন। মরিচ, ধনিয়া, হলুদের গুঁড়া, বিয়ে ও বিরিয়ানির মিশ্র মসলা, মাংসের মসলা, সুগন্ধি চাল, চালের গুঁড়া ইত্যাদি বিক্রি করেন; চট্টগ্রাম শহরে নিজে পৌঁছে দেন, সারা দেশে কুরিয়ারে পাঠান। প্রতি মাসে লাখখানেক টাকার পণ্য বিক্রি হয় এবং ৫০০-র বেশি নিয়মিত ক্রেতা আছে। ২০২১ সালে জয়িতা সম্মাননা পেয়েছেন; এখন অনেকে তাঁর কাছ থেকে ব্যবসার পরামর্শ নেন।
