Md. Juwel, who lives in the Bhatikashar area of Mymensingh city, has a cattle farm at Uchakhila in Iswarganj upazila with 15 to 20 cattle. He says he raises his bulls on wheat bran and grass, without medicines, chemicals or commercial feed. For Eid-ul-Azha 2026 he brought three bulls to the Circuit House ground cattle market in Mymensingh city; two, named 'Motu' and 'Chomchom', sold for Tk 4.5 lakh each. For 'Commissioner', a huge black bull he had raised for about three years, he asked Tk 6.8 lakh and said he would sell for Tk 5.5 lakh; the bull became one of the market's main attractions.
