About
One Man Solutions is a freelancing training centre in Sylhet city set up by freelancer Farjuk Ahmed. Farjuk, from Kanaighat, has freelanced since 2017 while studying for an honours degree in mathematics at MC College. After training under the government's Learning and Earning project, he works in digital marketing, SEO and Google Ads, on Fiverr and directly with five foreign companies. He earns about Tk 1 lakh a month and has his own team of workers. He opened the centre to train jobless young people; more than 2,000 young men and women have trained there, and over 500 of them now earn from freelancing. He has won the national award for best freelancer of Sylhet division four times, a BASIS Outsourcing Award in 2021, and the best freelancer mentor award at the National Youth Career Carnival 2023.
