About
Priya Food Industries is a food-producing factory operating in the BSCIC industrial estate in Netrokona; its proprietor is Tapan Pal. Because the estate has no gas connection, the factory uses wood husk as fuel. Tapan Pal says husk is expensive, so production costs are rising and profits are lower than hoped. The report does not say which food products the factory makes.
