About
Aziz Dairy Farm is a dairy farm in Silonia village, Lalmai upazila, Cumilla; its director Md. Abdul Aziz is general secretary of the district dairy owners' association. He says they too first sold milk at the decades-old milk market at Bagmara Bazar; now they supply milk directly to Cumilla and use the rest to make curd (doi) and sweets. In his words, demand and prices fall in winter and heavy monsoon, and farmers would benefit from new markets and storage.
