রাজনগরের চৌধুরীবাজারে আবিদুর রহমান ইকবালের চায়ের দোকান, ২০০৫ সালের দিকে শুরু; ২০১৮ থেকে মালাই চা চালু। মালাই চা, শাহী মালাই চা, গুড় মালাই চাসহ ২২ রকমের চা বিক্রি হয়, সঙ্গে রুমালি রুটি ও চালের রুটি-মাংস। দিনে প্রায় ১ হাজার ৪০০ কাপ চা বিক্রি হয়।
