কক্সবাজারের নাজিরারটেক শুঁটকিপল্লীতে আমান উল্লাহর শুঁটকির প্রতিষ্ঠান। লবণ, বিষ ও ফরমালিন ছাড়া অল্প মরিচ ও হলুদের গুঁড়া মিশিয়ে শুঁটকি তৈরি হয় এবং ক্রেতার চাহিদা অনুযায়ী প্যাকেট করে দেওয়া হয়। দেশের বাজারের পাশাপাশি মধ্যপ্রাচ্য, চীন, হংকং ও ইউরোপে রপ্তানি হয়; পর্যটকেরা নিয়মিত প্রতিষ্ঠানে আসেন। তিনি জাতীয় মৎস্য পুরস্কার পেয়েছেন।
