A 20,000-taka laptop to 3,000 dollars a month, with a Fiverr account seized on the way

A 20,000-taka laptop from his elder sister, a first order of 20 dollars a month later, and about 3,000 dollars a month now - with a Fiverr account seized for a policy breach along the way.

This young man from Beshinagar village in Mirpur upazila, Kushtia, failed his HSC and went through several training attempts that led nowhere before settling in 2018 on Google Ads, web analytics, Facebook ads, SEO and SEM. His elder sister gave him 20,000 taka for a laptop, and his first order came about a month later, worth 20 US dollars. He went on to land a recurring contract worth 550 dollars a month, and the report puts his current income at around 3,000 dollars a month with seven people working for him. Along the way his Fiverr account was seized for breaching platform policy, and weak English held him back as well. He says he plans to run two projects in his own village.
