বোয়ালখালীর খিতাপচর গ্রামে মিনারুল হক ছয় বছর আগে অনাবাদি জমিতে বাগান শুরু করেন; এখন ১০ একরে চিয়াংমাই, ব্রুনেই কিং, রেড পালমারসহ ১৩ জাতের আম এবং কুল, পেয়ারা, মাল্টা, কলা, নারকেল ও সুপারির চাষ হয়। সামাজিক যোগাযোগমাধ্যম বা পরিচিতদের মাধ্যমে খবর পেয়ে মানুষ পরিবার নিয়ে সরাসরি বাগানে আসেন। এই মৌসুমে আম বিক্রি ৮ লাখ টাকার বেশি; নিয়মিত চারজন শ্রমিক কাজ করেন।
