Jamjam Fish is a fish arot at Alipur fish port near Kuakata, Patuakhali, owned by Saidul Islam. Fish brought in from trawlers is sold to traders here. In October 2025 a 2.2 kg hilsa caught by fisherman Chobahan Majhi was bought at this arot by fish trader Musa for Tk 8,800, at Tk 4,000 a kg. Saidul Islam says large hilsa benefit fishermen and also let traders sell at good prices.
